Enrollment Application

Currently accepting applications for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade for the 2026–2027 school year.

Before You Begin

Once you've submitted your application online and we've reviewed your documents, we'll send a confirmation email letting you know your child is officially enrolled. Please have the following ready:

Proof of Age — one of these:

  • A certified copy of your child's birth certificate, or written confirmation of birth date from the county recorder or local registrar
  • An attested certificate of baptism
  • A current passport
  • If none of the above is available, a signed affidavit from the parent/guardian in place of documentation

Immunization Records

Up-to-date shot records for your child. Current requirements are posted at shotsforschool.org/k-12.

Proof of Residency — a current utility bill, or one of these:

  • Property tax receipts or a grant deed bearing the county recorder's stamp
  • Lease/rental agreement or recent rent receipts
  • A notarized residency affidavit, signed by the parent/guardian under penalty of perjury
